Quite a few found the technical side hard going. Didn’t rate it as a thriller, and thought the story long, but the enigma history very interesting especially to find out about Bletchley Park, Would ‘try’ other titles by author.

Review by October Book Group:
A good choice of setting, as most people are fascinated by the story of Bletchley during World War 2. Also a thoroughly researched ‘techno-thriller’ which readers agreed was a page-turner. There is also strong human interest with some well-drawn characters. The atmosphere of Britain in wartime is captured evocatively. A very fine example of its type which is why we gave it a top rating
