A light enjoyable read. A reasonable plot with rather stereo typed characters. A look at Venice from the locals viewpoint.

Felt the book was a little light but very descriptive of Venice. A light read.

A mixed reception with some members totally against the quality of writing and the slightly contrived plot. Those who liked it were prepared to give it 4 stars and much enjoyed it. Brett confused several at the beginning – male or female?
